  • Can I amend my order?
    After placing your order, you have the option to get in touch with our team and make changes to the message, date, and address up until 48 hours before your selected delivery date. If the flowers are already en route, we may not be able to make modifications, but we will make every effort to accommodate your request whenever feasible.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    After placing your order, our team is available to assist you with any cancellations you may need. However, we kindly request that you contact us at least 72 business hours prior to your chosen delivery date to ensure a seamless process. If you provide us with less notice, we can only grant a refund if we have not yet begun preparing your order. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted for Next Day orders. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Substitute flowers
    At times, we may need to substitute our fresh flowers due to their natural tendencies. However, we assure you that we will always make an effort to choose the closest colour or variety possible. In the event that we feel a significant difference in colour or a need to choose a different product altogether, we will always notify you beforehand of your delivery. It is also important to keep in mind that as flowers reach the end of their season, we may make appropriate substitutions to ensure your satisfaction.
  • How are my flowers packaged?
    Your flowers will be wrapped in our bespoke paper and presented in one of our Blossom to Bloom boxes to keep your flowers secure in transit.
  • My flowers aren’t fresh. What do I do?
    We strive to ensure that our blooms meet your expectations, and if for any reason they don't, we are happy to offer you a choice of a free replacement during our next delivery or a refund. To qualify for either option, please email us a photo of the unsatisfactory or defective flowers within 72 hours of receiving them. Additionally, if you have ordered any accessories from us and they do not arrive in the condition you expected, please reach out to our team so that we can assist you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are committed to ensuring that you are.
